MICROSOFT OFFICE SPECIALIST
The objective of this program is to improve efficiency and productivity by leveraging the power of Microsoft Office applications. In this course, you gain the skills needed to stand out in a competitive market by maximizing the innovative features and integration techniques required to streamline day-to-day tasks and enable better decision-making in the workplace.
The strategy that will adopted for this program will be an Instructor led training with load of Hands-On exercise. Every participants will have a set of computer allocated to him/her and there will be Technical assistants in the Computer labs to assist the participants in case of difficulties.
At the end of the program participants will learn all the features in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Access that will help to increase their productivity. They will learn to analyze and present information using Microsoft Office, with a special focus on how the different programs work together. This course offers them skills needed to expedite everyday tasks.
Specifically, they will learn to build professional documents with enhanced functionality in Word, quickly present and summarize data using charts and graphs in Excel and Access, and create visually dynamic and effective presentations in PowerPoint.
